- No preordering, just come shop anytime our store is open

- Our coolers are FULLY STOCKED at all times

- We cook 5 days a week & our menu changes weekly

- Our meals are single portions for 1 person

- Our meals fit plans such as low carb, low fat, dairy-free,

gluten-free, calorie deficit, high protein, etc.

- Bowl labels show nutritional info & use/freeze by date

- Meals are microwavable (lift lid corner, heat 1-2 min)

- Most meals are freezable (excludes salads)
