"How does this work?"

- No preordering or call-in orders

- Just come shop anytime our store is open

- We have 500 - 700 individual meals ready at all times

- We cook 5 days a week & our menu changes weekly

- Our menu board in the store shows what's in the cooler now

- Our meals are portioned for 1 meal/1 person

- Our meals fit diet plans such as keto, dairy-free,

gluten-free, paleo, whole 30, calorie deficit, high protein, etc

- Our meals are color coded by diet plan

- Bowl labels show nutritional info & use/freeze by date

- Meals are microwavable (lift lid corner, heat 1-2 min)

- Most meals are freezable (excludes salads)
